My Friday segments is a two-part deal! The first little installment are my weekly five favorites. These are going to be my five favorite things of the week whether they be websites, restaurants, people, places, you name it! So, let’s get started.
1. DRAWCEPTION
I found this game through writer, actor, and pure-awesome-nerdy gal Felicia Day. It is described as “Drawception combines drawing with the telephone game. Draw or describe entries from other players and see how it all ties together - miscommunication and hilarity ensues!“ I have had SO much fun playing…it really is like a game of telephone mixed with Pictionary! Here is one of the games I started!

2. THE FLOG
Speaking of Felicia Day, she recently started a bunch of new shows on her new Youtube channel, Geek and Sundry. I am a nerdy girly gamer at heart, so I instantly fell in love with her weekly vlog. Each Monday, Miss Day (a Huntsville, AL native) vlogs about her favorite things, new hobbies, and writes a letter in response to viewer questions. She is absolutely hilarious and too charming for her own good. Check her out!
I got on this kick for nail art a couple of months ago and I have tried my darndest to find a site that would show me some inspiration. I am not so great painting with my left hand…so my right looks pretty terrible. But for those of you who are better at nail-painting than myself (or who just loves polishes and pretty hands), I think you all will really enjoy this site. Look how gorgeous these nails are!

Can someone teach me how to do this???
One of my favorite places to shop online is Etsy. It is like going to the largest yard sale on the planet. Some things are a little hit or miss, but this little gem I found is absolutely to die for. Made in the Attic jewelry is all handmade by Oxford student, Nelli Chamings. Her pieces are delicate, girly, and perfect accessories for Southern belles! Look how sweet these are:

5. JASMINE DRAGON PHOENIX PEARLS
As some of you may know, I love tea. All kinds of tea. In fact, I think I have blogged about my tea obsession. I worked for Teavana for a brief time and fell in love with all of their products, but my all time favorite and last favorite five for this Friday are Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls.

There is no true way to describe how delicious this tea is. This is a smooth green tea, which is believed to be preventative of cancer, and it is high in antioxidants. The Jasmine fragrance will send you into a definite relax mode. I pair it with the German Rock Sugar and a good book. But this doesn’t come cheap; at $12.00 per 2 ounces, this is a luxury item that you save and savor.
